Stop Cross-Site Request Forgery Attacks

Cross-Site Request Forgery (CRSF) is a serious security problem that allows an attacker to perform a variety of malicious actions. These include emptying bank accounts, changing passwords, stealing information, or anything in between. For instance, in the banking world, an attacker can use an empty password to open a bank account and steal money.

The problem with CRSF attacks is that they can be easily executed by anybody. In fact, even if a website uses the same domain name, they might be under an entirely different administrative structure. This is why it's very important to secure the login information and ensure that the user is authenticated before performing any action.

However, while authenticating a user is certainly important, there is another attack vector that is even more dangerous. It's called Cross-Site Request Forgery (CRSF). It's a method that allows an attacker to submit malicious code that will be executed in the context of a user's session. As long as this user is logged into a website, it will execute without giving the user any chance to resist it.

To stop CRSF, you need to secure the login information that's provided to a website by the user. So, if a website requests information from a user's device, it will not be given to them unless they have been authenticated.

This allows you to stop an attack that could lead to identity theft or even financial loss.
